• The customer has the right to cancel the order while the order is "under process". In this case, the customer must send a cancellation notice to the Menassah store's email, and the amount will be refunded within three days from the date of the notification, minus the electronic payment fee estimated at 2.5%.
  • The customer has the right to return or replace books if there was any form of defect on the books, provided that they are in their original condition. To initiate the process, the customer must send a request via email within three days of receiving the order. In this case, Menassah Distribution Company will cover the full costs of books and shipping.
  • If the shipment is not received and is returned, the customer will be notified via email or WhatsApp. The customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping and any additional expenses incurred due to non-receipt. If there is no response within a month of the notification or if the customer refuses to cover the shipping costs, the customer is not entitled to claim any financial compensation.
  • The customer is allowed to return the order within 2 days of receiving it from the shipping company inside UAE, and within 7 days outside the UAE (GCC), as long as the shipment is in its original condition.
  • The customer is responsible for any error resulting from writing the address, mobile number, or any wrong information provided by the customer.
  • There are cases of delay in updating book and cover images. The store is obligated to provide the same book to the same translator at the same price, but it is not obligated to ship the same cover and edition as shown in the images.
